Finance Analyst 

Job Title: Finance Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities will include:

• GL Accounting in Oracle
• Cash and Bank Reconciliation
• Booking of Accruals and Prepaid Journal Entries
• Working on Financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement)
• Preparing the financial statements and SEC reporting documents
• Assisting in preparing 10K and 10Q documents
• Assisting with ad hoc financial analyses requested by Senior Management
• Working on Dashboards for senior management
• Understanding of REIT product

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 13 years of business-related experience
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Tableau and Essbase is an advantage
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
• Possesses a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, and a positive attitude
• Highly organized
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
